I had a great experience working with MEK Solutions. They replaced our siding through our Grange Insurance claim, and the entire process was handled professionally from start to finish. Matt Elias is extremely knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the insurance process. He took the time to document everything thoroughly, explain the damage, and show us exactly what the insurance company was overlooking. We’re still working to get our roof approved, but thanks to Matt’s knowledge, documentation, and persistence, I truly feel like we’re heading in the right direction. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and isn’t afraid to fight for what’s right. The communication and customer service have been outstanding throughout the entire process. Because of how happy we are with their work, we’re already planning to have MEK Solutions remodel our bathroom as well.
